I hope the company can give bonuses to employees. I am not particularly happy with my current pay as I know that people with the same level at another organisation are probably getting approximately 20% more than me. I hope company can reflect on this.

Any certification exam that you pass is fully refunded by the company, any company trips are or client expenses are covered.

Internal company rewards program

We have VCare where we can purchase gift cards from different retailers with a small percentage of discounts. However, I would hope that the company can provide more funding for employees to have their after-work activities. For instance, drinking at a bar, playing sports, dinner. Besides, it is hard for employees to come into the office when the weather is not good. It would be good for the company can allow employees to expense the Uber cost to come to the office.
