As a Vista Group Graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to work in one of our Vista Cinema or Movio areas - the Vista Cinema team will see you working alongside experienced developers on exciting SaaS products like our Vista Cloud solution. Our Movio product offers you the chance to work on projects that make a meaningful impact in the data analytics and campaign management space. This will provide you with a great learning experience and a chance to build relationships with your peers across the business.
You’ll be paired with a buddy from your first day who will show you the ropes, get you acclimated to life at Vista Group, and answer all your questions. We’ll place you into one of our Squads where you will have the opportunity to work with a range of people, products, and technology. This is an opportunity for you to work on real projects and make a real impact!

Our products and brands have different tech stacks that they use. To deploy and host our services, we use Docker/Kubernetes/Octopus on Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.

Pros
The friendly environment, everyone wants to make you feel comfortable working there. Whilst also giving you the help you may need to reach your potential.
The Flexibility and support of all the teams and the level of communication is the best I've ever experienced.
Four-and-a-half-day work week and awesome work life balance. People are super friendly and supportive and overall a fantastic workplace.
Cons
Only minor but some days in the office can be quite quiet due to flexible working.
Graduate experience can differ according to the allocated teams. Some may have less desired experiences due to team structure and practices they follow.
Some technologies used at work are not up to date. It is challenging to update the technologies in use.
