This year, we're broadening our Intern Programme - we're looking for passionate and ambitious future Software Developers, Software Services Consultants & UX/UI designers to work and learn with our incredible team. The friendly environment, everyone wants to make you feel comfortable working there. Whilst also giving you the help you may need to reach your potential.
The Flexibility and support of all the teams and the level of communication is the best I've ever experienced.
Four-and-a-half-day work week and awesome work life balance. People are super friendly and supportive and overall a fantastic workplace.
Cons
Only minor but some days in the office can be quite quiet due to flexible working.
Graduate experience can differ according to the allocated teams. Some may have less desired experiences due to team structure and practices they follow.
Some technologies used at work are not up to date. It is challenging to update the technologies in use.
