Diversity at WM New Zealand

There is a huge focus on Diversity particularly by the Inclusion and Diversity team. A group called 'Mana Wahine' focus on women's equality in the workplace which is really cool to see. I'm not sure if there is much for the LGBTIQA+ community. Flexibility seems to differ hugely across different teams, some get lots, and some get none, hopefully it becomes fairer in the future.

There is no prejudice towards any culture, race or gender. I am aware that some managers can have favourites though. The workplace is very accepting to mat leave and recruitment doesn't have its favourites for whom they hire.
