What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The WM bonuses app is cool! In terms of pay I think it is a bit low, I have quite a few friends on grad programmes who get 6 monthly pay reviews with a $5k pay rise at each if they have performed well (this is the same across a few different companies). That means they generally get a $10k pay rise per year. I don't feel as though that will be the case at WM.

My pay is as expected considering I am a graduate. I am not unsatisfied with it as it is my first full time job but I know there is potential for an increase.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
There is a whole app of perks at WM which is really cool, there are car rental, building supplies and retail shop discounts. Many to choose from.

The only monetary perks I am aware of is the company app that provides discounts to random retail stores. I am aware I get free vaccines and health check-ups which is a bonus.

The Benefits app is quite useful and good to be able to get discounts and shops and businesses I would already be going to.
