Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

Based in Auckland, you will gain hands-on experience across your rotations, where you are an integral part of a cross-functional team helping deliver quality, customer-centric solutions. A graduate typically is able to rotate through several teams across the breadth of product and digital groups ranging from mobile banking, and home lending to payments and across the full value chain.

Most importantly, we will work with you to tailor the program to your interests and skills, all the while ensuring you get a taste of it all.

Ōu Pūkenga | About You

We are looking for individuals from a range of disciplines who bring a diverse perspective and a can-do attitude. A self-starter, with a curious mind and ideally but not limited to a technology background.  Students from all disciplines are encouraged to apply (we welcome applications from engineers, scientists, and mathematicians, as well as those studying economics and finance-based degrees). You will have an interest in technology and possess a growth mindset, including the ability to adapt and be flexible.

You are either heading into the final semester of your degree or have recently graduated. You will also need to be a New Zealand Citizen or a New Zealand permanent resident.
