Salary at wilson/ryan/grose Lawyers

I believe the firm could pay a little above the award rate, but also appreciate that it is a business. I do however think the firm should compensate staff for the cost of parking, especially junior lawyers and support staff who are not on partner salaries.

The pay system is reflective on the work an individual puts into the company.

My remuneration is largely consistent with the industry standard.

As a trainee I am quite satisfied at what I am earning at this stage in my career.

Lots and lots of free lunches, free events, free tickets, fun competitions,

w/r/g holds many community and workplace events that employees are lucky enough to be involved, such as a Race Day and End of Year events.

We have a social club at the firm

Free drinks every Friday afternoon. Free ticket to Townsville Cup. Social club Two Christmas functions. There is a noticeable emphasis on social culture.
