Diverse workplace

I can see there's a good mix of people from different cultures and backgrounds. There's also some successful gender balance initiatives going on.
Graduate, Sydney - 28 Aug 2024
Very diverse team, but makes it difficult to connect with each other sometimes. Policies are generally very progressive.

WSP has cultural shares where employees get to share their perspectives with regards to ethnicity, cultural backgrounds, religion, etc. Other than that, WSP also offers LGBTQA+ sessions and training sessions for everyone.

I'm not equipped to comment. Maternity leave policy has recently been improved.

Very commited

The team I'm in has a lot of diversity. Overall, seems like there's a lot of diversity in new and junior employees but higher up in the company there's less diversity.

Very diverse workforce

WSP places an emphasis on gender (women, LGBTQ), ethnicity and indigenous culture, and strongly believes in retaining their employees through employee satisfaction.

I believe that the company's commitment to diversity is great and accepts everyone.

Diversity seems to be a high focus.

There is an active push for diversity within the company.
In the team I work in, we have some of the best diversity in my office

I feel that we are well diversified. No issues for me.
Graduate, Melbourne - 14 Aug 2024
The workplace is quite diverse, although there is still work to do
Graduate, Canberra - 14 Aug 2024
The company could do better on the maternity leave side of things. Compared to other companies (engineering and otherwise) the amount of leave provided to primary and secondary careers is quite a bit less.
Graduate, Sydney - 14 Aug 2024
My colleagues are from all sorts of backgrounds, international and domestic. I think the company is making a push to include more women, which is great and theres a huge push for LGBTQA+ in the office too.
Graduate, Melbourne - 14 Aug 2024
Hard to comment on commitment to diversity without seeing actual plans and how things are changing.
Graduate, Melbourne - 14 Aug 2024
There is training for people who want to learn more about this
Graduate, Brisbane - 14 Aug 2024
Many supportive groups, a big focus
Graduate, Brisbane - 08 Aug 2024
The company regularly displays a commitment for respect and acceptance to my knowledge and I have yet to see an instance otherwise. I am not often in the home office to see what retention/promotion/child care/maternity leave looks like and I don't see much of what recruitment looks like either but I have yet to see any issues with diversity.
