Very flexible, I can work from home 9 times out of 10. And even work different hours that work for me so long as I do the minimum 8. It is awesome!

Fully flexible between home and office. Hours are flexible and respect my time - it is a give and take, they will let you take an hour for an appt or for mental health, but if a project deadline is tight you are expected to work overtime and give that time back to the company.

I work fully in the office, but most people work hybrid. Some grads work almost fully remotely. There is a lot of flexibility to accommodate people's preferences. There is lots of flexibility around time as well - I am a night owl so work 10:30am to 6:30pm.

It is very flexible, sometimes I come in at 7 and sometimes at 9.30. The office is open at these hours and is also open after 5pm which allows me to stay late if I need to.

Very flexible, especially with people working across different time zones. Teams have their own agreements on how they like to work, but things are super flexible and if something comes up during working hours, the time can be made up for later.

Graduate, Auckland - 12 Oct 2023
Very flexible - no one micro-manages which is awesome and everyone is trusted to complete the work they're assigned. The company generally has the mindset of "as long as you get it done" so people don't care what hours you work.

Xero is very flexible with work hours, essentially as long as you work 40 hours a week you can work those hours whenever suits you (and preferably your team) the best, whether you prefer starting work much earlier in the morning or later in the day, or if you prefer the 10-hour 4-day work week style.
Graduate, Wellington - 11 Oct 2023
The hours can be flexible, as long as you're getting your work done. I've been able to start later and finish later a few times. We don't need to be working the complete 9-5 every day

Our working hours can vary according to us. We just have to make sure to make up for it. It's pretty flexible.
