Justin [00:00:00] What does the onboarding process look like ... the first few days of getting hired in? What I'm going to be doing? How I'm going to be getting settled? Everything like that. Can you walk me through that a little bit?

Ryan [00:00:10] Our graduates start anytime between November and February. We do an official graduate onboarding in February. It's usually the third week of February that we do it where we show our graduates the...we walk them through the wider business, we walk them through the graduate program, what's required, who's who in the zoo, kind of all of that sort of stuff. So that's a full day induction with all of our graduates in the cohort together.

Now, some of our graduates may have already started a couple of months before that, so with that there will be a couple of days with the management team or with their local teams to walk them through an induction process and all of, you know, making sure they have all their equipment, where to go. And typically, if they start early, I tend to reach out to them and say, "Hey, really great to get you on board. Use this time to get familiar with your team, with it, with the first placement that you're in right now, we'll connect in a couple of months when we bring everybody together." And then we can really get people started on some of the more formalized professional development pieces of the program.
