From day one, you’ll meet your fellow graduates—think of them as your new crew! Together, you’ll dive into the programme framework and modules to get started. You’ll also be paired with a mentor from the business who’s there to guide you and have your back. After that, you’ll break out to meet your department or team and get a warm welcome. Over the next two years, you’ll rotate within your department, gaining hands-on experience and making your mark along the way.
