Jack Stonestreet graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management (Building) (Honours) with Honours Class 1 from the University of Newcastle and is now a Project Manager at North Construction & Building.
I often feel a great sense of achievement when our team completes a project, making the work more worthwhile. On top of these cool aspects of my job, there is also a great golf day and Christmas party which are fun extras!
It is also cool how in a few years I still get the ability to be able to look back at the work I was part of and see how this helps the community. Moments like this give me a sense of reward and that all the hard work was worth it.
As a grad, this is a great position to start with, because I get involved in a vital decision-making process for the civil teams’ work across the project.
The coolest thing about my job, is that I get to work on upcoming projects and I get to see the project from the very beginning right through to the finished product.
