The best thing about my job is being able to turn insights into execution with real results.

I was lucky enough to be involved projects and see some of the work that goes into moving the entire operation to a new area, including how we manage health and safety and all the other details involved in this.

Sometimes when you are trying to get where you think you need to be you do not notice how far you have come, look back and appreciate the progress you make.

Don’t focus too much on grades – as much as you need decent grades, take time to learn and practice people skills because, in the end, those will take you a lot further in your career.

The programme gives you the chance to try so many different roles that you wouldn’t get to normally do.

My favourite thing about the job is being able to see all the hard work, planning and decisions you make manifest in a physical way. 6 months ago I was sitting in a room looking at plans of the noise walls and now I get to walk past the finished product. There is nothing cooler than that.

I find it inspiring being a small part of something bigger, and empowering —individual contributions can have an out-sized impact when they have the leverage of the company behind them.
