Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Good, as a fresh graduate everyone I met no matter from my squad or others they tends to be very friendly and keen to help out when they know you are a new starter.

The company fosters a positive culture by promoting cooperation and transparency. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork, particularly within squads focused on specific business goals. Employees collaborate extensively both within their own roles and across different role types, creating a collaborative environment that supports collective problem-solving and project success. Due to its size, the company has a hierarchical structure, but employees typically engage mainly within their own level or across one level. Teams operate in squads within departments, each led by a manager who reports to an executive. Socializing outside of work hours is relatively quiet. This is partly due to the company’s size and the diverse demographics of employees, including varying ages and residential locations. As a result, after-hours engagement is limited and primarily driven by individual employees.

It's great, we are all happy to help each other, cooperative and do not shift blame. Members from different teams but same areas often work together based on their crafts (or expertises)

Overall culture is very good. I have a great relationship with my colleagues and there is good communication and cooperation among devs, testers and BAs. There's mainly in office socialisation although at least quarterly there tends to be after hour social events. Structure can be a little confusing with the terminology and the fact you have essentially have two different managers with different priorities.

Everyones very friendly. You will be in a team with a business goal and your chapter with others in your craft. Less organised social events compared to previous jobs, but you will always find someone to chat or have lunch with.

Relatively flat hierarchy. After work events have been fun and engaging. I feel comfortable being myself when I am around my colleagues.
