Very inclusive with dedicated employee networks, modules and events.

I have seen people taking maternity leave and such, no issues I can comment on as I have not particularly experienced anything negative. I think everyone pay respect to each other regardless of their genders or ethnic minorities. I do see quite a diverse range of individuals in the workplace from different cultural background.

Overall pretty good, seems to be a range of people working in my department and no obvious bias. Maternity leave is good and so is flexibility so any one has leave to look after kids. Promotions and pay raises are done with pay gaps in mind and managers are not limited to being men.
