What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The pay is on the lower end of the average income but the perks do make up for it somewhat. The STI is very dependent on company success which can fluctuate.

At the graduate level, the company offers competitive remuneration compared to similar positions in the market. The bonus structure is tied to the overall performance of the company; if the company performs well, employees receive a more substantial bonus, while lower company performance may result in a reduced bonus. This approach aligns rewards with the company's success, reflecting a shared commitment to organizational goals.

No comment yet, but I believe it's already better compared to other grads roles around in other smaller companies. This is a first for me working in a corporate environment, so hard to compare.

Pay does tend to be on the lower end - however the perks more than make up for it. They also recognise that pay can be on the low end and have processes in place to ensure no one lags too far behind. Bonuses are also pretty good - although they do depend on company results so not guaranteed.

Pay is reasonable for a graduate role but could be higher.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Flight perks and being able to buy more leave :)

The company offers a range of attractive perks, thanks to its size and reputation. Employees benefit from partnerships with various brands, providing discounts and offers in areas such as retail and travel. Additionally, there are business-related perks directly tied to the company's operations, enhancing the overall employee experience.

Great perks globally in different areas - healthcare and retail are especially useful

There's certainly insurance if an employee die. Staff travel is great.

Best perk has to be the staff travel by far. Depending on the flight you can save a lot of money flying stand by. They also have a wide variety of other work perks through a whole range of businesses but the one I'm happiest about is discounts off Samsung products.

The staff travel perks are really nice.

Very cheap travel with staff travel perks. Can nominate one other person to receive same perks. After one year some perks extend to other airlines.
