3 days work from office in a week and that turns okay, employees got to meet up in person if that is needed.

Air New Zealand is incredibly flexible work hours wise as long as you communicate any prior commitments to your squad and wider team.

The company is relatively flexible with work hours, typically allowing employees to complete their hours between 7 AM and 6 PM. Employees are expected to fulfill their contracted hours, with minimal instances of required overtime.

Workplace is generally quite strict with the 8 hour work day which is fine, and some days can be suddenly busier than others which makes us stay back for longer. We can leave earlier on other days to make up for this though, which is quite good.

As long as 8 hours is done in a day. And as long as any changes to schedules or other appointments are communicated ahead of times, all is good.

I work 40-hour weeks with 3 days spent in office and 2 working from home. I'm pretty satisfied with this as it's not strictly policed, and I get good flexibility on when I come in and leave to suit my schedule.

Very flexible about when you get your hours in, some people start early and leave early, others stay late. They do encourage at least three days a week in office.

I have a hybrid workplace. Two days work from home, three days are in office. I have full flexibility with which hours I choose to work.
