Steady promotion, first year - graduate, second year- intermediate, third year- senior. Then it gets competitive.

They ask what you are interested in which is nice, so you can do jobs you like. Also make it somewhat clear how you progress.

Lots of opportunities to do a wide variety of work and grow your career. If your all about the status and the title of a role, it's probably not the right for you.

Promotions to move to senior and manager etc

Unsure how satisfied I am with this yet as I haven't gotten to any review/promotion stages yet in the firm.

There is a clear path for your future within the company.

It's only been a couple of weeks since I started so it's hard to answer this but with some expectation and hearing stories from our seniors, I think I can expect a good one :)

as long as you are progressing as an accountant there is always space for promotions. its just about sticking around and completing your CA

There are many opportunities to grow within the firm internally if you work hard.

Clear progression pathway through different roles allows to see direction.

You will naturally progress through our firm as you gain knowledge and experience. We don't have to compete with others to gain promotions.

Hard work is recognized but required to move up the ranks as well as time spent.

Can see a pathway where individuals can progress into management and beyond.
