I received training sessions for the first two days, regarding the company systems and software we use. It is fast and I felt overwhelmed a bit but as soon as I started hands-on work it all started to make sense.

Pretty much all work is done electronically, never used a piece of paper other than my own notes. They encourage us to use public transport or e-bike/e-scooter than cars by giving us a bit of compensation.
