I received training sessions for the first two days, regarding the company systems and software we use. It is fast and I felt overwhelmed a bit but as soon as I started hands-on work it all started to make sense.

Hours are standard for the industry with good flexibility arrangements around working from home and making space for other life activities.

Pretty much all work is done electronically, never used a piece of paper other than my own notes. They encourage us to use public transport or e-bike/e-scooter than cars by giving us a bit of compensation.
