Varies. Some managers are good, some are not (whom have no professional qualification or adequate soft skills to be a manager). The latter do not make good mentors, but this could also be heavily dependent on personality types.

The managers are amazing and always willing to help. They have good communication and provide good information during informal training/questions.

Management are super accessible and are always happy to help you if you need a hand. Since we are all on the same floor it is easy to talk to them, we also use teams to communicate as well.

Their doors are always open (unless they are having a meeting of course!). They are very approachable, and willing to answer any questions.

I am yet to meet my manager but the Directors are all really nice and approachable so you'd assume the same with the managers
