Please describe the interview process and assessments.
The interview process is smooth and the best out of all companies I applied for. Once applied, there will be an online assessment and then interview with the Partner and Manager. Received a job offer 3 days later. No video interview.

Very transparent and quick response. You can expect a phone call from HR the next day you submitted your application. It depends on when the interview is scheduled and took me 2-3 weeks from the application to the job offer, but overall I am very satisfied with the process.

normally two interviewers rather relaxed. they've seen your grades and know you are at base level knowledge so just want to get to know who you are more than anything.

The Interview process was excellent, there was one interview for me with a director (partner) and a senior manager, who gave me great insight into the jobs day to day responsibilities. I can't recall the specifics of the assessments as I was doing lots of them at the time. I was alerted a few days later after the interview regarding the job offer.

Interview process was quite straight forward. Had to submit a cover letter and CV and indicate which service line I was interested in. Once I did that, I did some psychometric tests. Within a week I was asked to have an interview.

Interview is usually done with Senior Manager above, and could include directors as well. Interviewing process is pretty chill, just feels like a conversation.

Be yourself! I felt that they want to know about you as a person and how you operate rather than what you know. Having past job experience (not necessarily in the accounting field) is advantageous as it shows that you can work in teams.

Be genuine with your responses, it's more about seeing whether you would be a good fit for the company and in my opinion it comes down to 1. what kind of a person you are & 2. how committed you are or would be to the role once you jump into it.
