Pay is lower compared to other competitors offering similar role. Living in the city, the rent and utility bills are more than half my salary after-tax.

The pay could be higher

The pay is a bit lower then other firms. There doesn't seem to be any bonus and no opportunity to work overtime which is a shame.

Nothing to base it off. Works for this year at least

No bonuses but good pay

Standard for a graduate. Slightly higher than some of my peers at other firms

Pay's not great but standard for a starting position

A graduate pay is expected to be lower than ideal, paying less than other graduate roles around the country. However, this will hopefully be compensated by future promotions and pay rises based on experience and skill.

Pay is pretty decent and you get a sign on bonus when you start to help with business clothes etc.

I think they are very generous for what they pay to new grads who don't have any experience in the field! They pay one-off sing on bonus too.

not a bad starting salary. It's above the average for graduates in my role and coming out of uni it feels like its more then it is.
Graduate, Auckland - 12 Jul 2024
Sign on bonus of $2K is excellent and the salary is above the median for the industry set at $60K so extremely satisfied.

For the amount of work and the complexity of it, pay should be higher. No bonuses so can't say.

Pay can sometimes feel a bit low. It feels like we are a bit slow to adapt to market rates (e.g. it took me six months for my pay to match that of peers in other firms). It feels like we are market followers rather than help set the market trend.
