They do recycling which is good. However also uses a lot of paper.

I'm unaware of any specific effort of the firm to reduce their environmental impact.

We are initiating a sustainability committee this year, which I consider to be significant. The company is also committing to be net zero by 2025.

Pretty much all work is done electronically, never used a piece of paper other than my own notes. They encourage us to use public transport or e-bike/e-scooter than cars by giving us a bit of compensation.
