As this is a graduate level position, we are looking for people who are studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and will have completed their CA ANZ pre-requisites by the end of 2023.

The culture at BDO is great, as there are lots of different social activities that you can participate in throughout the year.

The office here is very big and has heaps of facilities available such as a coffee machine, multiple microwaves, fridges, and toastie makers.
Cons
Workflow inconsistencies—being light on work.
Sometimes it felt as if there wasn't enough training before getting thrown into it.
Small office space on busy days.
Time feels a little micromanaged.
Office temperature is never right.
