Recruitment Process

There are a number of steps in the process, but depending on which location you are applying for, they might differ slightly.

Typically, the process will include:

  1. Online application
  2. Video interview
  3. Online cognitive ability testing
  4. Assessment centre or interview - you will be updated by the People & Capability Teams.
  5. Networking event
  6. Offer
