Our Flexible working policy allows you to work your core hours between 10am – 3pm. Where you choose to work the remainder of your hours is up to you. We also don’t believe in working more than a 37.5-hour week. However, if you are ever required to work more than these hours then BDO Wellington will pay you for any overtime hours.

As this is a graduate level position, we are looking for people who are studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
We have opportunities available in our Audit and Assurance and Business Services and Outsourcing teams. If you have a preference on service line, please mention this in your application. But don’t worry if you’re not sure what service line you are most interested in yet. Once you have met with us and found out a bit more about the different areas in the business, you will be able to make an informed decision.
