We have a HR manager and then the partners. Everyone is approachable if you want to talk and they give good feedback on performance

Managers are accessible and provide help when needed. They provide 1-on-1 reviews and discussion on a monthly basis. Always able to message a manager on the teams

The managers are extremely easy to approach and just to have a chat. They provide insightful feedback and how we could improve. They take good care of us making sure that the work they provide is at an acceptable level.

My manager is great - she is helpful at all times and has great communication skills. She is good at giving feedback and praise/recognition when required

I am pretty satisfied with the managers at my company. I don't really have much communication or performance feedback from my manager personally but he doesn't review much of my work which is probably a big reason why.

They are accessible and friendly in my team; they are happy to help and are good mentors. They are also social which helps build relationships rather than just having work questions.

The managers at BDO are very good. They are very accessible whenever you need help or need to ask them something. They also make good mentors as they help to guide you through any issues that you may have and typically you have regular catch ups with your mentors to see how your are going. You can either ask them in person or over teams if they are out of office. If you have any issues they can help you through this and let you know when things are going well in your work that you have completed.

Most of them are pretty nice!

On a whole managers are good role models and are willing to help. Sometimes they're too busy to progress work so there is a bottleneck

The majority of managers are excellent to work with and for, there are specific managers that have a differing attitude and this can be difficult to deal with as they are not always approachable or available

Some managers are super friendly and willing to explain. There isn't so much mentoring here and there are periods of time where little feedback is given

The mentors and management are good at BDO as they are accessible when you need them. However, I believe you can fly under the radar a little too much so it's important to take initiative for your own career growth.
