Great that Kiwi Saver is now put on top of the salary. Think it is a competitive starting salary
Graduate, New Plymouth - 24 Jul 2024
The bonus was nice, pay is at a good market rate
Graduate, Christchurch - 17 Jul 2024
The pay is probably one of the only downfalls. I don't think it is an issue with the company as such but more the profession as a whole underpaying the staff
Graduate, Christchurch - 15 Jul 2024
In my last position I was getting paid more than I am now so I am not super satisfied with my pay to be quite honest. I know there are yearly pay reviews though. The sign on bonus was great.

It is okay for a grad position, bit lower compared to other companies like big 4 but less overtime so evens out.

The pay is pretty standard for a graduate role in an accounting firm. It could be a little bit more though. There was a pretty nice sign on bonus when first starting though.

Doesn't feel like our salary is keeping up with the cost of living or even the companies increases to the charge out rates
Graduate, Auckland - 02 Nov 2023
Pay can be improved for the amount of effort required to put into the job. Also the cost of living is incredibly high especially when compared to when I started and I feel as though my pay does not reflect this at all
Graduate, Auckland - 01 Nov 2023
I think as a graduate in todays world, the pay could be a bit higher, a lot of places nowadays offer a decent salary for graduates.

It's as expected for someone at my level
Graduate, Auckland - 27 Oct 2023
I understand I am still new to the company, but my salary is holding me back in other aspects of my life (buying a house, as salary doesn't cover mortgage payments)
Graduate, Christchurch - 27 Oct 2023
It's market rate or on the higher end of market rate? However, graduate salary just feels low for living in Auckland, would like more to be comfortable. Am unsure on bonuses.
