Multi stage process, video interview, in person group activities, then a final in person interview with current employees.
Graduate, Melbourne - 13 Nov 2023
A very thorough process of interviews and assessments were conducted. Testing as well as virtual and F2F interviews were conducted to ensure the right candidate was selected.
Graduate, Melbourne - 12 Nov 2023
There was an initial written application, video interview, psychometric testing and assessment centre and panel interview.
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
1. applied and sent in resume and cover letter
2. online assessment
3. video interview
4. online assessment center
I really enjoyed the online assessment centre as it was more fun than other companies I had interviewed for. there was a quick turnaround in hearing back after the assessment center, however from my memory it took like 2 months to hear that I had gotten through the next stage after submitting my resume and cover letter. In that time I had gone through the whole process for another company and accepted the offer as I thought I didn't progress with the bp role.
Graduate, Melbourne - 30 Oct 2023
At first I didn't get through to interview stage as the assessment measuring 'intelligence' was extremely skewed.
For example, I have a reading disability so I can't keep up with timed comprehension assessments.
Graduate, Melbourne - 30 Oct 2023
The assessment process was very long and rigorous. The process was not boring but was still 3/4 stages before I was actually hired.
Graduate, Perth, WA - 30 Oct 2023
The hiring process was extremely thorough. Upon reflection, I think it allows the hiring managers to understand what candidates want to genuinely apply.
Graduate, Melbourne - 30 Oct 2023
When I was initially hired into the internship, there was online assessments, a recorded interview, a face-to-face interview and then an assessment centre. Later on, I did one interview to obtain my grad program offer. Then recently, I did one interview to obtain my roll-off position after the grad program.
Graduate, Melbourne - 30 Oct 2023
Had no issues with the interview process at all. I think it provided me with a really good opportunity to express my personality.
Graduate, Melbourne - 30 Oct 2023

Graduate, Melbourne - 23 May 2017
Hired from vacation work - so interviewed for that role not a graduate position. Online application and testing, then assessment centre and interview.
Graduate, Perth - 22 May 2017
Lengthy and thorough. Many steps to get to the interview stage, once at interview stage, recruitment was relatively straight forward.
Graduate, Melbourne - 22 May 2017
The interview process/assessments were quite simple for the Graduate role because I had already successfully participated in a more extensive process and assessments for a Summer Vacation role at the same company (online testing, group activity, technical interview and behavioural interview). Hence, the Graduate role only required an hour long panel interview discussion with two HR people and a business member.
Graduate, Melbourne - 22 May 2017
Interviews were face to face, no video or phone interviews. Assessment centre was quite straightforward and there was an opportunity to meet people from the company outside of the interviewing process.
Graduate, Perth - 19 May 2017
There were multiple rounds of assessments and interviews and a large number of applicants. The initial application was long, and was then followed by phone interviews, group interviews, individual interviews and a range of psychometric tests.
