We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a food and beverage/client services coordinator. This is a permanent full time position working 08:00am to 04:30pm Monday to Friday. In this role, you will have the opportunity to excel in providing exceptional food service for all client and internal functions while being part of our collaborative and supportive work environment. The role
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. As the food and beverage/client services coordinator, you'll be responsible for a range of hands on tasks including preparing food for meetings and functions, such as sandwich making, canapé preparation, and baking. You will also assist the client experience team in the delivery and clearing of food to and from meeting rooms and events and maintain a seamless beverage service between the kitchen and front of house teams.
Other responsibilities include maintenance of coffee machines, kitchen cleanliness, restocking of supplies, managing the food and beverage budget, required records management and administration, ordering and invoicing.
This role is also the back up to the caterer so you will have exciting opportunities to step up to lead the food and beverage services.

I am a graduate in a Property Team, daily I am looped into various different pieces of work and asked to provide input through research, drafting of documents, correspondence with clients/councils, and digging up relevant precedents.

Doing challenging, interesting work in a team of high performers can be stressful, and it is easy for imposter syndrome to kick in. This job can be demanding.
Given it is a big law firm, sometimes it takes time to get to know everyone, especially if you are on different floors.
While pay is market rate for law graduates, my knowledge of what other people my age are getting paid in similar (non-law) graduate roles does make it feel as though law graduates start off with relatively low salaries, however I understand that this will climb quickly.
