Culture at Bunzl APAC

Colleagues are often more than willing to help with great enthusiasm to work through any problems you may have.

The Bunzl culture is strong. The organisational structures are relatively flat which makes it easy to get access to management. Bunzl is flexible with working hours and working from home and has strong communication across teams. Outside of the office there is not culture hence my lower score. There are little to no people under 30 at many business units so there you don't go out for after work drinks or social events like many other programs. This will hopefully change though as the graduate program develops further.

Excellent support from management and co-workers. No micromanagement. Everyone is treated with respect regardless of their role. I get to leave my work at work during home life.

One of the best parts about working for this company is how friendly everyone is, from my HR team to other employees and manager within the business. Everyone is willing to take time out of their day to assist each other, and many senior level managers engage with all levels of staff including myself.

The company's culture is friendly and helpful. Communication between all levels of the organisation is supported and encouraged. I have started my role online and have continued being online, but communication and teamwork was never a problem.
