Bunzl is a massive company and there is a huge amount of opportunity to progress your career.

Bunzl has sustainability built into its business model, including no slave/child labor and decreasing emissions.

Excellent support from management and co-workers. No micromanagement. Everyone is treated with respect regardless of their role.

There is a diverse range of workers here which is great. I never feel excluded for being a minority.

I have recently moved into a full-time role in a position I want which has made the work I'm doing extremely satisfying.

I feel safe and comfortable with the managers here. They treat me with respect and are positive.

Offices are new and spacious, and facilities are great. Dress code is business casual with Casual Fridays.

The interview process was extensive, but that's not a bad thing. It included GIA assessments, a one-way online interview, and two face-to-face interviews.

Bunzl pays competitive salaries. As a publicly listed company they can't often offer the top dollar but the salaries are competitive.

The formal training is excellent. We are given speeches as well as interactive learning sessions.

Bunzl is extremely flexible when it comes to work hours. They don't expect you to work overtime.

The company is very committed to sustainability. They carry out their own audits on suppliers to ensure environmental standards are met.
