There are a lot of women in management positions which is awesome. There isn't a lot of ethnic diversity however. I don't know about LGBTIQA+. There are high retention rates at Bunzl and if you show promise they will train and promote you. They have flexible hours for childcare and have just updated their policy for maternity leave to extended it.

There is a diverse range of workers here which is great. I never feel excluded for being a minority. Men and women are treated with respect, and I haven't witnessed any harassment. The company is proactive when it comes to Indigenous peoples. For example, lots of work went into Reconciliation Week, and an Aboriginal speaker was invited to speak in front of hundreds of staff.

The business has been around for quite some time however in previous years have discussed diversity and how to further improve this. There are many women in management roles, and employees from many different backgrounds in the business. We have maternity leave and have recently added miscarriage leave also.

People that I work with come from different backgrounds and experiences. Many women are in leadership roles, they further support women in the workforce by offering 18 weeks as a maternity leave.
