Maintaining backend information and improving backend processes

I have recently moved into a full-time role in a position I want which has made the work I'm doing extremely satisfying. Before that it was up and down, there were some business units that were really good an asking what I wanted to do and making work challenging and fun where others would just give you the dirty work.

Operations role: 1. data analysis 2. communication with suppliers 3. miscellaneous projects (designing and maintaining a form app)

Day-to-day responsibilities change all the time - I enjoy having such a dynamic role

I assist with end-to-end recruitment from writing job ads to issuing contracts, responding the queries in the HR imbox, providing guidance to employees and managers on HR related queries.

I worked on a specific company project of consolidating and standardising position descriptions (PD's) for the company. That involved researching best practice, and bench marks of excellence, and then writing and editing a standard ducument.
