Pros & Cons

Good people and working conditions, everyone is happy to help and answer any questions. Management structure is well balanced and often pushed to reach higher potentials.
The people. I have built great relationships with all the people I have worked with in my role. I sincerely believe the upper management care for all the employees at my site.
They have done what they said they would do in terms of hiring, salary, and development.
The clear goals and pathways laid out for me.
My company encourages everyone to participate and contribute any ideas that can improve the performance at work.

Egos of some people. Communication can sometimes be lacking.
More support in regard to deﬁning the project engineer's role. The engineering workshop hosted earlier this year was great, something I wish I could experience after starting role.
Unnecessary waiting time to move up the working position.
Some pretty long days
I have no complaints about my experience in my current role.

We have SANO come up to site at least once a month to talk about mental wellbeing. The EAP assistance program is reiterated a lot. I strongly believe that if i was struggling i would have more than enough people come to my assistance.
