There were multiple rounds of interviews including
- non-technical aptitude test
- pre-recorded behavioural interviews (recording responses to questions)
- online behavioural interviews
- online assessment center
- interview with first rotation's manager
The recruiters and HR team was very prompt at responding to questions and getting back with interview outcomes.

I enjoy the interview process as it was different from a lot of companies. In many of them the game was one of the first things you did in the interview process, but I am not that good with the game part as I would always get nervous. With Cenitex, the first steps were all about me and video interviews. One of the last steps was the game part, but because they already knew so much about me, I wasn't as nervous.

There was an introductory recorded video. Maybe a psychometric assessment. And then the final assessment day interview. This was done in a group setting online. Was a very nice touch for the hiring team to send out a little tea set to all those who made it to the final day. Was a nice way to show appreciation for everyone's time invested into the process.

The interview process I went through had four stages:
1. Submit application with resume and cover letter,
2. Recorded video response interview questions,
3. Psychometric test in the form of a pipe puzzle maze game to test analytical and problem-solving skills, and
4. In-person group interview (held virtually my year due to lockdown) with team-based problem-solving activities and an individual interview with two Cenitex people.

There were multiple rounds, starting from taking a few assessments to get our analyst mindsets out on paper/screen. Then we have a Full day assessment where in we went through a few rounds in which they gave us an opportunity to present a speech in front of everyone just like a presentation but without screen share and after that we were tested on team skills with a problem to solve and see if we are also good leaders while giving good solutions to the problem and also giving others good opportunity to say what they have to say and conclude.

Plenty of opportunity to practice your answers and get comfortable during the preliminary interview process where you record your answers to questions. The assessments were run well and so was the final interview, the interviewers created a comfortable atmosphere for me to be the best me. Good structure from application to final interview, nothing in there that was unexpected.
