8.9 rating for Training, based on 26 reviews
Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
The trainings can depend on the team and can be paid for when requested. For instance, I did ITIL v4 training and exam. There is also access to LinkedIn Learning courses and other internal learning resources. However, it can be hard to find time to do training due to budget pressures.

I am really impressed with the company's training opportunities. Since I have been in the company they have sponsored me to be part of the AWSN - Security Pathways programs, which include Comptia Security + training and ISC2. I have attained a certification for ITIL 4 Foundation sponsored by them and currently doing training for SC - 900. I have also completed training for vendors and tools we use and attended multiple workshops/classes.

We had an engaging induction. It lasted two days with a proper induction day at the end. I've personally learnt how to work with Power BI. We also have access to My Pathway, LinkedIn Learning and more for extra study. As graduates, we also have a mentor program we can learn from too.

We have mandatory compliance training, and we can have LinkedIn learning training, and cloud training on other platforms. Also, the training involves getting certificates such as ITIL4 according to your interest and personal development plan.

Lots of training provided to us, especially with external companies which allow us to have training for free. Picked up some cloud skills via Microsoft training and have picked up some influencing skills which I regard as an important skill to have.

It's really nice that we get access to training courses on platforms like tryhackme and cybrary. These are some of the largest learning platforms in the cyber security field so free learning access is a pleasure to have. It allows you to learn different courses in your own time. I would like to keep access to these platforms ongoing!
