Recruitment Process

Recruitment process:

  1. Submit resume you do not need a cover letter
  2. Phone Interview - will be a brief chat about who we are and if it aligns with what you are looking for 
  3. Interview - this will be done via Zoom 
  4. Offer 

We focus on streamlining our processes and not letting our candidates wait around for an offer, if we think you are great we will tell you ASAP.

What we look for is good communication skills and a willingness to learn. The rest we can teach.

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Salary for graduates: 78,000 Including super 
  • Phone, Laptop and we cover your tolls
  • $400 plus two days off (paid) for personal development and ongoing training yearly
  • Flexibility with arranging your day
