As one of the largest employers in the region, there are many different career pathways in health that we can help you with.
We usually hold assessment centres for our new grad roles which consists usually of a scenario based activity and a face to face interview. These assessment centres can take between 1-1 and a half hours.
If successful through to shortlisting to interview, you will be contacted about attending a face to face interview with the hiring manager and another panel member.
Our face to face interviews are mainly behavioural based.
As we have many different roles that new grads can go into, the salary varies depending on the role and the collective agreement you as a new grad would fall under. For example, new grad nurses will start on step 1 of the NZNO Collective Agreement across all DHB's in the country. The collective agreements are available to view publicly and outline compensation information (all in NZ Dollars).
We have in house courses available to employees to complete in order to upskill as well as courses related to leadership to prep you for any leadership roles once you come to this stage in your career.
