Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Participate in a 2-year rotational program across Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, and Aftersales.
- Engage in financial and management accounting, business intelligence, and tax functions.
- Analyze Aftersales and parts results to develop market strategies.
- Support the implementation of new systems for business efficiency.
- Collaborate with customers and dealers to understand sales and operations.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- A Bachelor's degree (recent or upcoming graduates from 2023 or 2024).
- A strong academic background in any discipline.
- Interest in the commercial vehicle industry.
- Availability to start in January 2025.
