Daimler is a great place to work offering numerous incentives like after works drinks, workplace massages, donut day on top of numerous other activities.

Daimler has a very diverse workplace, with equal opportunity available for everyone.

My role involves a lot of ad-hoc tasks, with everyday being different. I have been afforded the opportunity to assist in many different projects across the business. This ranges from collecting data, collaborating data, presenting data and communicated the findings of data.

Managers act as very good mentors, always willing to help with any concerns. They take the time to explain things and teach you the correct process as well as why something is happening.

Great office space, great carpark, great facilities. Dress code is smart casual which is very easy to follow.

Professional and informal process and was a great experience to be apart of. The hiring manager was able to communicate the role clearly with me and I felt a sense of belonging throughout the process.

I believe my pay has been a fair reflection of my role and responsibility. I've been given a lot to do in my 8 months.

The company offers a number of formal training sessions ranging from self care to product awareness. On top of this, all staff members have created a very helpful culture where questions are always being thrown around and responses given in depth.

They are quite flexible but the demands of my role and doing so well means that I have to put in extra hours to achieve everything

Reducing plastic/waste usage is major initiative.
