I think we can do a lot better from what I can see other companies do, but tree planting and keeping bees at out NB site is a good step. But a lot more can be done.

We treat everyone equally and we are fair when it comes to decision making ensuring that we hear everyone out

DHL provides some opportunities to contribute to the community including blood donations, volunteering at the food bank etc.

We helped out with tree planting as well as other initiatives like mental health. I also helped out by volunteering at a food drive by helping pack boxes of food for people that need it.
