Culture at DHL Supply Chain New Zealand

Overall, the company has a great culture with an emphasis on socializing as teams such as getting coffee and other events such as lunches. There is a clear hierarchy of management within the company, but everyone is very approachable.

It definitely varies between sites and offices but overall, it's been very good with no bad experiences. Each department has an end of quarter event outside of work which is always fun. Occasionally you get to work alongside key decision makers higher up in the hierarchy which is always interesting.

The culture differs through various sites so quite hard to comment on this. I have found the culture to be good at the different sites I've been too and the site events such as cultural day, H&S day have been very fun and engaging. However there are a lot more senior/older staff than me and not many staff our age therefore sometimes it feels hard to gel in. However everyone's been very supportive.

Culture is good but especially better for those who work in the office compared to our ground floor staff. There is a lot of recognition in the office then for our front line staff

The company has a good culture with good work life balance. Managers and employees are close to one another and freely talk to one another about their personal lives and are happy to always help out. Some employees hang out with one another outside of work hours with one another

all staffs are more easy-going and easier approach to each other, and we also respect each other's background.

In terms of structure managers and supervisors they talk to employees casually on a day to day basis but when it is important they understand when to be serious, everyone works together to make work a fun and enjoyable place for everyone.
