DHL is a diverse business with many different ethnicities and women in management positions. There is diversity and inclusion training as well.

It's good - I don't think they are overdoing it as some places are. Whilst many people today support LGBTIQA+, it's important to recognize that there are also people who don't support some of their agendas whether that be because of culture, religion or their own belief, a balance is needed. I think how we have it now is fine. There isn't support or hatred against it - This is a balanced view where everyone feels safe and confident to be as they are. I really like the cultural day we had recently - allowing people to come together despite our differences.

There is some improvement in women in the industry, however in terms of ethnic diversity it is mainly Pacific Islanders and Caucasians within the company.

DHL's overall culture is accepting of it's employees regardless of the background and demographic.
