Job Satisfaction at DHL Supply Chain New Zealand

My day-to-day work will depend on what rotation I am in. There is a large variety of work graduates can be involved with. Generally, graduates will have one or two things to focus on at a time.

The graduate role offers the opportunity to rotate through all the departments within our team in New Zealand. In addition to learning key concepts and procedures, you'll have the chance to take on real responsibilities depending on the projects happening in each rotation. These responsibilities can vary and may include tasks such as process improvements, compliance, reporting, and supporting new initiatives and solutions.

There are days that feel great as we try something new or we are kept on our toes with something interesting and challenging. My days are quite varied dependent on what role or task I'm given.

As a graduate I follow around my rotation manager and learn what the department does. From there I am given tasks and assignments within the department to complete

on job training now and the workload was not too much and I could take it easier and have much more time to observe how the others working at site. Not too many challenge occurred
