DHL has a robust recognition program including employee of the month and other wards for different teams. There is also monthly 1 on 1's with your manager. Graduates get partnered with a manager as a mentor as well as a member of senior management.

Many of these questions are hard to answer as it varies from mentor to mentor. Most of our managers as per our Grad schedule are GMs who we have contact with but our not our main point of contact. They generally pass us onto OPS managers. Whatever the case, I've had some great mentors and managers people I can communicate well with. However, again the training and what we do I have found to be very basic.

Most of the time the managers are easy to find and talk to but sometimes it gets hard to find them at times due to their busy schedules and timeframes. For performance feedbacks we would schedule a meeting and discuss what I have done well and what I would like to achieve

they are more focus on operation and less attention on graduation staff, the leading hand has lacked the skills of providing training to new staffs. sometimes, it will have cause miscommunication and misunderstanding.

Managers at DHL are generally encouraging of graduates and their staff. They are approachable and friendly.

Managers are quite accessible as most of them will help you when you need it but some do take a long time to respond. The mentors I had were good and helped me out when I needed to. I get feedback on performance and do get recognized when I achieve something such as completing a project.
