Salary at DHL Supply Chain New Zealand

As a graduate I feel we are paid well for the role. Graduates have 6-month performance reviews and are included in the bonus scheme in their second year.

I think it's pretty decent considering we are grads. One year on this is salary is fine, but I don't think sitting on this salary for the second year is good- therefore the grads should look out and be given the opportunity to take on a new role. In a way I believe I'm suggesting two years on this grad programme or current schedule is too long.

We tend to work over time, sometime I feel being hourly would have been better than to be on salary

The pay is good and a reasonable amount and bonuses are given at the end of the year with the amount depending on how well and profitable the company has been.

DHL supply chain relies heavily on bonuses for pay for the average corporate employee. Which can be a disadvantage for Australian workers due to the way bonuses are taxed. Otherwise, pay for most mid-senior roles are exactly the industry average.

The pay is good for the position that I am in, however I did hear that the people coming into the business next year with the same position will potentially be earning the same if not more than me. I would assume to be earning more than them seeing as I have more knowledge about the business than someone new entering into the business.

There are a lot of perks, but I have never used them or had time to actually see what's available.

The fuel perks really are great where I can fill my gas up for cheaper. I have yet to explore what other perks that are offered to us.
