Management at DXC Technology New Zealand

8.4
8.4 rating for Management, based on 17 reviews
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
The structure as an IT consulting company is rather confusing, as management is effectively split between your employer and the contracted client.

Managers have regular check-ins and make sure I am feeling alright and am working alright with the account I am in. Overall, very positive.

My managers are amazing, patient, and respectful. They make good mentors because they teach very well. They are very casual with communication, performance feedback, praise / recognition.

The management at DXC is outstanding. All the managers I have come across have their staffs best interest at heart and are always wanting them progress in their career development. For me personally, the greatest thing about DXC is that regardless of the seniority, everyone treats each other the same. You can have a conversation with anyone, there is no hierarchical status that gets in the way of approaching or asking questions to anyone.

My immediate managers have been great, I have had no issues with them, they communicate great, give good feedback, praise me when I'm doing well and recognize it too within the team.

The Managers here are exceptional. They are your source for any answer to a question (no matter how dumb) you may have about the role or task at hand as they are much more knowledgeable. Given the size of the team will determine your managers accessibility.

Manager is really nice, just working from a distance makes it hard. Communication is really good when there is communication. Really easy to talk to if I have a problem.

Managers are helpful, but some don't always check in very often.

Direct manager is accessible as we are on the same team and work on similar projects. Senior Management is very approachable, they hold weekly town halls and email updates.
