Salary at DXC Technology New Zealand

Fine for a graduate salary. No bonuses.

It's alright but it would be nice to have clear incentives for harder/more work

Very good pay, no comments on bonuses.

My pay could be better but I am very appreciative of my pay for someone who has no experience and is entering the industry as a graduate - it is way better than what others are getting. I have not been presented the opportunity of receiving a bonus so I have no thoughts at this but I think it's a huge motivation for everyone.

The graduate program increased our pay after 6 months working at DXC. Although, compared to other companies , we are on the lower end of graduate salaries.

The starting rate is great. I have found it a long process to get a pay increase.

Pay is good for a graduate program.

Starting rate for grad is about as expected. but its getting a big jump start of 2024

At the moment i feel the pay and bonuses provided by the company are fair.

Valued at market rates. No bonuses in my package. Company provides fully funded health insurance.

Social club allowing more interaction with co-workers outside of a working environment with subsidies on the activities so more inclined to participate.

Best perks would be generous and flexible leave policies, health insurance, free dinners and drinks.

Depending which area you work in, the perks are different. Friday drinks and the odd shared morning tea/lunch are the only perks I have experienced.

Discounts on health insurance. Lots of office events including monthly themed drinks.

A lot of social events and the relaxed culture of DXC makes it a nice place to work for. we do get life insurance for free, leave is good can take it basically any time. the usual i think for any company

This would probably be the free parking (after hours of work) provided to DXC employees in the CBD which is hard to come by.
