Salary at Eagle Technology

In all honesty, the pay threshold is incredibly good for a graduate! The average income is on the higher end of what a graduate of all industries would receive. Whilst there are no big bonuses, there are a couple of benefits such as a flu shot getting paid for by the company.

I'm happy with how my graduate role pays. I'm not aware of any bonuses that eagle might have.

The pay potential is great. The prospects for it to increase are great. I'm not sold on all aspects of the progression plan, such as requiring the passing of certifications to prove skills where there is agreement that those skills are already demonstrable. Largely, as this is an investment of time that is hard to find if the workload is high. I'm a big fan of the bonuses.

Pay is good for a graduate role

Pay needs to always keep up with the field. My current pay is fair for the structure of employees at Eagle, but not in comparison to the industry. If I can't progress in salary at a rate that keeps up with inflation and other roles in the future, I won't be able to stay here.

The salaries are not as generous as the rest of the industry, although there are many other perks at the company.

Up until a couple of months ago, it was average. However, they have recently had a review of pay and bonuses. This bumped me personally up to a generous level in my eyes.

I am very happy with the bonus system. My pay is probably fair for entry level/recent graduate. Though I am aware I could make more money in government where I have over a decade of experience (as I studied GIS as a career change). I hope my salary adjusts with time/experience.

Pay and Bonuses at Eagle aren't necessarily as generous as the prestige of the company might suggest. There's not currently a clear process for salary review or link to performance, though work is being done in this area.

The pay is okay, it could be better. Each employee gets a 5000-6000 bonus

Currently am receiving a lower than average pay being in an intern role. This is expected to increase as I upskill

Besides getting paid to travel around the country for some regional work and accommodation getting paid for, other perks include getting paid for flu shot and work related expenses can get claimed.

Being able to expense claim on work trips, e.g. when buying food

Dinners/drinks/barbeques, travel expense claims that are unlimited for food, etc.

Transport benefit, paid phone plan, flexible working, team lunches

It is great to have a company which does very well at catering for those with dietary requirements at all work events.

Self-responsibility, most decisions are up to your discretion. Can work from anywhere that has a wifi connection. offices around the country

Day trips on the company yacht. Opportunity to go to conferences/trainings in the States. Occasional free lunch/dinner.

Plenty of social events and access to the latest tech.
